Twisted WSGI adaptor

Description

There are 2 adaptors for Twisted. The original developed by Peter Hunt twisted_wsgi and the WSGI module in twisted.web2 twisted_wsgi2.

Maybe we can add a --type=twisted-wsgi switch for this?
